Breukelen, The Netherlands: The first few years in the life of a tech start-up are naturally product-centric, especially in the case of a business such as visualfabriq where our offering is a pure innovation driven by deep industry expertise. Now, our days as a start-up are behind us, and visualfabriq is in a vigorous phase of scaling up. This maturity demands an organisational change with a natural shift in our focus and a re-structuring to a customer-centric view.

Effective as of the 1st of July 2017, visualfabriq CEO, Jaco Brussé will be accountable for new business development, partnerships and overall performance. Co-founder and CTO, Carst Vaartjes will keep his unerring focus on product strategy and development, while Joris Monchen will fill the role of Customer Success Director, responsible for delivering on the business case, implementation and customer satisfaction.

Visualfabriq’s customer focus has also been intensified by our recent, strategic partnerships with key tech implementation consultancies, EyeOn in the European market and EOH in the African, Middle East and other global markets.
