A New Year, and a visualfabriq office in a New Territory

As another busy and successful year draws to a close, visualfabriq is delighted to announce that our new South African office will open in Johannesburg on the 1st of February 2018. This expansion is reinforced by our partnership with global tech implementer EOH, and positions visualfabriq ideally to ensure customer success in regions outside of Europe.

Eighteen months ago, one of Africa’s largest CPG companies, Tiger Brands had the foresight to recognise that visualfabriq was truly changing the trade promotion game. They could see clearly how we could help them to achieve greater profits at 50% of the costs and in 20% of the time, and to their credit, they have a leadership that is open to change.

Tiger Brands was one of the early adopters of the visualfabriq platform and Trade Promotion Master tool. After 12 months of hard work with the support of EOH, the first phase of delivery was completed. Since then our focus has shifted to prioritise change management and ensure Tiger Brands’ success. It has been the next logical step to open a visualfabriq office in Africa’s economic powerhouse city of Johannesburg.

Having developed into a strategic partner working closely with Tiger Brands to optimise customer profitability, visualfabriq has drawn on local expertise and appointed Tremayne Linder to the role of Customer Success Manager in our new South Africa office. We welcome him to our global team and look forward to his contributions to sustaining our positive relationships in the region, ensuring customer success and meeting other strategic goals.
