visualfabriq welcomes new London-based Customer Success Manager Nicolas Abreu Costas

London, April 2018
visualfabriq welcomes Nicolas Abreu Costas

Welcome Nicolas Abreu Costas as
Customer Success Manager

In the first quarter of this year, key appointments to the visualfabriq team have seen us not just grow in skills and experience but also expand our presence in other territories. Bringing Tremayne Linder and Santi Navarro on board has already seen the opening of visualfabriq offices in Johannesburg and Barcelona. Now, with our employment of new Customer Success Manager Nicolás Abreu Costas, the establishment of visualfabriq base in London is soon to follow.

Over the past four years, Nico has been working with the Kellogg Company in the UK playing a series of roles as they have implemented a TPM tool across various European markets such as Spain, Portugal and Italy. What attracted Nico’s attention to visualfabriq was our unique and ground-breaking use of leading AI in our solutions. “The hook for me is how advanced the visualfabriq technology platform is,” Nico says. “This is really 21st Century technology, and the potential is unbelievable and very exciting. visualfabriq is literally reinventing key account management, and is shaping an emerging, different and better role that, while it will be common in 20 years’ time, is absolutely revolutionary right now.”

Nico speaks of the frustration for all CPG companies where the best that sales professionals can do each year is copy last year’s plan. “What am I going to do in 2018? Well, just what I did in 2017, and that was just what I did in 2016, and so on… Everyone knows that this must change. It’s overdue, but until now no one has had the clear vision and created the powerful tools to achieve better returns on investment. It’s extremely exciting for me to join the visualfabriq team and be part of this inspiring work.”

Nico will soon be making the move from Manchester to London where he will establish a visualfabriq office, and finally be living in the same city as his partner. Born in Vigo, Spain, Nico says the beach is part of his DNA and he enjoys combining his love for food and travelling. “For me, it is a joy to go to Japan in search of the best sushi ever!”

“We’re pleased to welcome Nico onto the team,” says visualfabriq Customer Success Director Joris Monchen, “He brings great insider-CPG experience and insights that will add significant value to our focused efforts on ensuring our customers’ success across multiple markets.”
