How we are handling COVID-19

As a global business, Visualfabriq is in solidarity with everyone facing the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. We’re deeply committed to safety and compliance with all measures across the many countries where we operate.

We are fortunate that as a SaaS solutions provider with a tech-based platform and a workforce that can seamlessly work remotely, we are able to continue our work as usual and deliver the levels of service our customer expect from us. And we can do this for as long as necessary.

The health and safety of our team and our customers is vital, and staff from our offices in Europe, United States and South Africa are all working from home, and are well equipped to do so. All our Support, Implementation, Development and other business functions are fully functional.

At this time, it is necessary to cease all company travel, in-person meetings and events. Instead, we will use web conferencing and a variety of digital platforms to sustain effective communications with our clients and partners.

We are monitoring all developments around COVID-19 closely. We cannot foresee how the situation will develop, but we are confident that together with our customers and partners we will meet the upcoming challenges.
